About the Global Mining Guidelines Group
Global Mining Guidelines Group (GMG) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates global, multi-stakeholder collaboration to accelerate and de-risk the implementation of new and best practices, technologies and processes in mine operations to improve the safety, sustainability and productivity of the mining industry.
GMG’s open and inclusive collaborative space fosters network and relationship building between stakeholders from within and across the mining industry. Innovators and industry leaders gather to share knowledge, expertise, and experience to develop operator-driven guidance, resources, and best practices that can be operationalized in response to some of the industry’s most pressing demands across the globe.
