Why we're doing this

Mining is a global, rapidly evolving industry. To meet today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities, we need a community where everyone can contribute their ideas and
expertise.

The GMG Diversity Program aims to:

Foster a culture where all are welcome, valued, and heard
Build tools, resources, and community practices that support equity and belonging
Strengthen global collaboration by reducing barriers to engagement
Support a culture where fairness, respect, and inclusion guide how we work together
