Why we're asking
Last year's summit set the destination. Now help us map the route.
In Sudbury last year, this group produced Mining 2035: The Invisible Mine — a transformation agenda spanning AI, circularity, ESG, collaboration and workforce evolution. That was the easy part.
What comes next is harder. The core of this Summit is facilitated working sessions where attendees turn that agenda into a work programme — and the next phase of the Resource Industry Futures Lab. Those decisions belong to the people running the operations and living the challenges and gaps. They belong to you.

The two days
Day by day in Monterrey
Factory tour and reflective working session at the Schneider Electric plant, followed by a group dinner.
Keynotes, Chart the Course: Shaping GMG's Direction, and a facilitated working session at the Innovation Centre.
Whatever comes out of that room becomes our work programme. Every operator, supplier and partner in the room makes the priorities sharper.
