En un reciente taller para redactar otras secciones de esta directriz, estos dos temas se identificaron como aspectos críticos para el éxito de la implantación de un sistema autónomo. Se necesitan expertos en la materia que se reúnan para revisar el contenido de las secciones de la directriz dedicadas a la gestión del cambio y a la mano de obra, la comunidad y el impacto social, y que aporten sus ideas sobre lo que aún hace falta. El objetivo es publicar una guía actualizada antes de fin de año. Se trata de un acto presencial.
Acerca de la guía
Esta guía pretende ayudar a las empresas mineras, y a quienes trabajan con ellas, en las distintas fases del proceso de implantación así como a comprender su nivel de madurez, definir el camino a seguir, identificar dónde buscar más orientación e información y generar confianza en las tecnologías.

Change Management and Workforce, Community and Social impact in Autonomous Mining
Thank you to Anglo American for hosting this event
At a recent workshop to draft other sections of this guideline, these two topics were identified as critical aspects of the successful implementation of an autonomous system. Subject matter experts are needed to come together to review the content for the Change Management and Workforce, Community and Social Impact sections of the guideline, and provide input on what’s still needed. The aim is to publish an updated guideline before year’s end. This is an in-person event.
About the guideline
This guideline is intended to help mining companies and those working with them at various stages of the implementation journey to understand their maturity level, define their path forward, identify where to seek additional guidance and information, and build confidence with the technologies.
